Twenty people wore clothes deeped in concrete, sat on white chairs and watched the repetitive video projected on the facade of the building across the street. Fragments of dialogue with a mute interlocutor came out of the loud speakers mounted on the floor. Every movement people made seemed as if they were submerged in water, as if they themselves were trapped in a moment in time. As time passed, they slowly began to leave the space, abandoning their seats and clothing while the artist remained seated among the remnants, being the last witness to the event.

After the performance the artist build an installation, set up with the performance materials. Cemented clothes, white chairs, alarm and video.

As Maurice Merlau-Ponty has argued, when a person decides to follow a path in life, obstacles may appear on the way. If the person does not have the strength to overcome them, but also does not have the strength to abandon his choice, he remains blocked in the same effort and uses all his strength to renew it mentally. It is, as Merlau-Ponty calls it, that back and forth of existence between the physiological and the psychological, between body and mind.
