Performance Karaoke Tutorials

An erratic history of performance art unravels in front of the eyes of the spectators guided by a host-entertainer who presents himself as Joseph Beuys in his seminal work How to Explain Pictures to a Dead Hare. Seminal art performances are karaoke-d by the performers in their own unique way, sometimes simultaneously, or overriding each other. How is the history of performance deconstructed and reconstructed in the present? What is the relationship between performance and the performing arts? This project was an extension of the educational process around the art of performance and its possible ways of reception.
